Our year 12 Extension 1 course covers the Extension 1 topics in depth, with a focus on maximising our students' marks in exams (2 unit students are encouraged to enrol in the HSC 2 unit course as well). We emphasise not just on teaching maths topic by topic, but also encourage students to see the connections and interactions between different topics. A thorough composite knowledge of HSC maths is required for a high Band E4 result. Our year 11 Extension 1 course covers the Extension 1 topics in depth, providing students with a solid foundation early on, as well as a valuable headstart into their HSC Extension 1 topics. Students are given the knowledge and confidence to do well early on. The Preliminary Ext 1 course will adequately prepare students for the Extension 2 course in year 12. Back to courses |
